Torni Spa & Solo Sokos Hotel Torni

Torni Spa is situated in the Torni Courtyard and is connected to the hotel on the first floor. Together with Solo Sokos Hotel Torni, we offer service packages for weekend getaways, relaxation for travelers, and pampering moments for Helsinki residents. The Torni Spa treatment selection includes wonderful spa treatments to enjoy individually or with friends. Torni Spa can also be reserved for private events in the early evening, which can be continued in the top restaurants of Solo Sokos Hotel Torni.

Spa Etiquette

ARRIVAL

Torni Spa is located in the inner courtyard of Sokos Hotel Torni, at Yrjönkatu 28. Access to the inner courtyard is through an external gate. Press the doorbell, and the gate will open after a few seconds. Hotel Torni guests can access the spa through both the ground floor route and the inner courtyard.

ATTIRE

Hotel guests can come to treatments in their hotel bathrobes. Guests arriving from the city should leave their outerwear and shoes in the lockable cabinets at the reception. Each treatment room has a clothing closet for guests. Guests should only wear swimwear from the dressing room to the steam sauna. Swimwear can be purchased at the reception if needed.

STEAM SAUNA

The Torni Spa steam sauna is available for an additional fee for both spa guests and hotel guests during Spa opening hours. The sauna is shared, with separate changing rooms for men and women. While using the sauna, it is mandatory for women to wear their swimsuit and for men to wear swim trunks. The visit includes one non-alcoholic refreshment drink. Torni Spa is an alcohol-free area.

GYM

Hotel keys do not grant access from the gym to the steam sauna. Sauna access for hotel guests is available for a separate fee. The access key to the sauna facilities can be obtained from the Spa reception. You will also receive the included refreshment drink and can purchase swimwear if needed. Please bring your bathrobe from your hotel room with you. We kindly ask you to remember that the use of the gym and equipment is provided at your own risk.

Gift Cards

Treatments can be paid for with both Torni Spa and Helsinki Day Spa gift cards. If you are paying for your treatment with a gift card, please remember to bring it with you. Lost gift cards cannot be refunded, as they are considered equivalent to cash. Please remember to book your appointment well in advance of the gift card’s expiration date. The validity period of the gift card is one year. Gift cards can also be purchased from our online store at www.torni.fi and www.dayspa.fi. We reserve the right to make changes to products and prices.

Cancellations

If you cannot come to your scheduled appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours before your treatment. We will charge 50% of the treatment price for missed appointments.
